This Privacy Policy explains how NeusGlobalGroup LLC ("DeepBlueDeal", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the DeepBlueDeal mobile application (the "App") and website at deepbluedeal.com.

Information We Collect

  • Account credentials — your name, email address, and password, or your Google Sign-In information if you register that way.
  • Location data (optional) — used to show listings near you. You can decline to share location.
  • Photos you upload of items you list for sale.
  • Messages exchanged between users through the App's chat feature.
  • Payment information — payments are processed through Google Play; we do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Analytics data — basic device and usage information collected through Firebase Analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Display your listings to nearby users
  • Enable secure messaging between buyers and sellers
  • Process payments through Google Play
  • Maintain and improve app performance
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

No Advertising

DeepBlueDeal does not display third-party advertisements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Information is only shared with service providers (such as Google Play for payment processing and Firebase for analytics) to the extent necessary to operate the App.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers located in the United States and protected with SSL/TLS encryption in transit. We do not retain your full card information — payments are handled directly by Google Play.

Data Retention

Account and chat data are retained while your account remains active. Analytics logs are retained for up to 24 months. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes. See our Account Deletion page for details.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@deepbluedeal.com, or by deleting your account directly from the App's Settings menu.

Age Restriction

DeepBlueDeal is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
