Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DeepBlueDeal mobile application and website at deepbluedeal.com (together, the "Service"), operated by NeusGlobalGroup LLC ("DeepBlueDeal", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating listings and communicating with other users.

3. Marketplace Conduct

DeepBlueDeal is a platform that connects buyers and sellers of second-hand scuba diving equipment. We are not a party to any transaction between users. You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of your listings, including item condition
  • Negotiating and completing transactions in good faith
  • Inspecting equipment before purchase, particularly life-support and safety-critical gear such as regulators and BCDs
  • Complying with applicable laws relating to the sale of used equipment

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • List stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited items
  • Harass, threaten, or defraud other users
  • Circumvent or abuse the Service's messaging or payment systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Payments

Payments made through the Service are processed by Google Play. DeepBlueDeal does not store your full payment card details. All purchases are subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies.

6. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the photos, listings, and messages you submit through the Service, but you grant DeepBlueDeal a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DeepBlueDeal does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by users. Diving equipment, particularly life-support gear, should be inspected and serviced by a qualified professional before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeusGlobalGroup LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or transactions with other users.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
